Ocean Lab Extraordinaire

I usually have my Oceanography lab on Monday afternoons. Today was a special lab day, however, because we went on a field trip!!! To Percy Priest Lake. It was awesome. The objective was to collect water samples from the lake and then use those samples to generate information about pH level, temperature, etc., but overall the trip was just fun. My lab class and lab T.A. got on this big boat that fit all 20 of us and sailed out into the middle of the lake. It was beautiful! And the actual work part (my task was to collect water samples) only took about two minutes. Literally. What a great day :)

Annnnd the rest of my day was spent hanging with my friends and eating dinner at The Commons. They serve really good vegetables there. It makes me feel good about myself when I eat vegetables.
Now I have to knock out some homework.

peace.

Percy Priest is great! I have the pleasure of being there almost every day of the week for sunrise...I bet you're jealous ;)
